Our 52m² apartment, located on the ground floor of the "Residence Blanche Neige" in La Bourboule, is not overlooked and, to walk, only 16 minutes from the large thermal baths and 8 minutes from the Sancy'O Pôle aqualudique: We welcome you!

You want quiet accommodation, very well equipped, with a pretty private and secure terrace of 10m², facing south and a closed garage of 18m² where it will be possible to protect your vehicle and/or your trailer. You like skiing, they will be sheltered there and we will provide two small sleds for your children... You prefer cycling, you can store them and recharge their batteries for free. In the event of a technical incident, a workshop base will be available with a mobile workbench... In addition, another private parking space will be available. Great, you made the right choice!

Anne-Marie welcomes you (15h - 18h) and guides you in case of late arrival

In first, you will leave the appartment at 10h max but check with Anne-Marie who welcomed you upon your arrival...

Cleaning
Deposit check of €78 for the week and according to your choice:
1. You manage as at your home and you return the apartment clean: Anne-Marie returns your deposit check when you leave.
2. You prefer not to worry about cleaning and Anne-Marie keeps your deposit check.
3. Anne-Marie judges that the apartment is not in the condition in which she entrusted it to you and she keeps your deposit check.
